Welcome to SmootherVibes. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These terms govern your use of the SmootherVibes website and the purchase of products from us. You must be at least 18 years old to browse age-restricted products or place an order.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices and payments are processed in pounds sterling (GBP). You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24® delivery across the UK. Delivery is free on orders £35 and over, or £2.99 on orders under £35.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene restrictions may apply once packaging or hygiene seals have been opened.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

6. Website Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, graphics, images, designs and other content published on this website are owned by or licensed to SmootherVibes. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. To the extent permitted by law, SmootherVibes is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.
